How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 72 hours. We will ship your order via UPS Ground.

How can I track my order?

As soon as you place your order with us you will receive automatically via e-mail your order confirmation. Within 72 hours, we will e-mail you a notification referring your order confirmation that your products were shipped and their tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  You may return any item shipped by svnaturally.com for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:

  • You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.)  In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply.
  • If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply.  Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

When returning your product using the original packaging, be sure to include the original packing slip and how you wish to be credited or which item you wish to have as an exchange.

Returns and exchanges can only be made when the returned package is received. Therefore, Smith & Vandiver recommends that you use an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) for any shipment and keep the shipping receipt to track the status of your package.
